The Nottingham Evening Post’s ‘Women in Business Awards 2015’ was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Nottingham on Wednesday 25th November.  A total of 12 awards were sponsored by a range of organisations and attracted well over 500 nominations.

The red carpet gala dinner was hosted by Rob Pittam who introduced Mary Sherry as the evenings guest speaker.  The guests were treated to video bio-pics of the three finalists in each of the sections which highlighted the range of experiences, depth of knowledge and enthusiasm the finalists brought to their individual businesses.  Most impressive!

We, the Nottingham Manufacturing Network were proud to sponsor the ‘Women in Manufacturing’ award which went to Tracey-Jane Duncan-Moir, MD of A1 Flue Systems – Mark Goldby presented Tracey-Jane with a certificate and the award.

The network also saw one of its employees achieve success when Katherine Stokes from SMS Electronics was presented with the ‘Riding Star’ award – many congratulations to Katherine and lets see if we can do even better in 2016.
