Today the heritage of many well established businesses is complemented by new arrivals which have combined to form a vibrant manufacturing sector in and around the City of Nottingham.
The Nottinghamshire Manufacturing Network is a membership organisation which aims to champion the strengths and diversity of these local manufacturing businesses.

ABOUT NOTTINGHAMSHIRE MANUFACTURING NETWORK
The Nottinghamshire Manufacturing Network (NMN) is a trusted peer-to-peer membership organisation consisting of a diverse range of manufacturing businesses. Since our establishment in 2014, NMN has expanded sustainably and now represents nearly 2,000 employees.
We thrive on encouraging and facilitating contact between managing directors, business owners, industry specialists and interns and apprentices based in the East Midlands to share best practice. Our Steering Committee apply their expertise and insights from members to propel NMN’s progress in relation to the network’s goals.
Our network unites local companies and enables members to harness the cross-industry, business, engineering and manufacturing knowledge necessary to evolve and expand. We provide NMN members with opportunities to share their experiences with other industry professionals and obtain unique insights into new technologies, resources and information.
At NMN, we take pride in the diversity of our collaborative community and its ability to drive the manufacturing industry forward. At the heart of our network is a firm belief in the strong future for UK manufacturing; NMN strives to promote Nottinghamshire’s valuable contribution to the industry on a regional and national level.
