The term “Pigging” refers to the operation of forcing a flexible projectile, called a Pig, through a product transfer pipeline after a batch transfer has completed. The purpose is to push/recover all product residue remaining in the pipe to the destination tank or filler thus generating more product that can be packaged and sold as well as reducing waste output from the process. HPS can offer from simple single pipe Pigging Systems through to complex Multi-Line Matrix Systems as a turn-key solution meaning our clients can be confident the installation and commissioning elements run smoothly and in budget. All projects that HPS undertake are bespoke to our clients’ needs enabling us to provide the most efficient and effective solutions.
