Sub-Contract Metrology
Verus Metrology Partners provides a tailored sub-contract inspection service that gives you access to the experience, expert knowledge and technology of the Verus Metrology team. Using the latest CMM technology along with leading non-contact and multi-sensor technologies, we can provide full ISIR’s or FAIR’s to simple one-off or batch measurements.
All machines are serviced and calibrated to the relevant ISO standards and are programmed by fully skilled and highly experienced metrology engineers. Our Sub-Contract Metrology service includes:

Metrology Fixtures
Verus Metrology Partners designs bespoke metrology fixtures based on your individual metrology needs using our highly-skilled design engineers. All our tailored inspection fixtures are precision manufactured and can come with a lifetime guarantee. The entire process is managed from initial concept design, through to manufacture and validation with all fixtures supplied with a full Gauge R&R report to ensure it is capable of performing in a production environment.
There is a three stage process in the design and manufacture of our Metrology Fixtures that includes:

- Metrology Fixture Manufacture
Metrology Fixture Qualification
The entire process is managed from initial concept design, through manufacture and validation. All fixtures are supplied with a full Minitab Gauge R&R report to ensure the fixture is capable of performing in a production environment.
Moldflow Analysis
Verus Metrology Partners use Autodesk Expert Certified Moldflow expertise to enhance your components design and injection moulding process.
Our expert certified moldflow consultant will unlock your products full potential for injection moulding and beyond. Using moldflow as a tool of continual optimization of a design from the early stages all the way through to production will result in component designs that are robust, dimensionally stable and can be processed within normal processing ranges. These combined with optimized mould tool design will accelerate the time to market by reducing the mould tool debugging and validation stages. Our expert Moldflow Analysis service includes:
